What is Rise 360?

Rise 360 is one of the leading e-learning products from Articulate 360. Rise 360 gives you the ability to create courses that are cohesive, responsive, and interactive. They have a wide variety of content and assessment tools that you can combine to create a unique experience for your learners that can be accessed on any type of device.

What can it be used for?

Rise 360 is a full course authoring tool, so it has a lot of things it can be used for. At its core, it is used to create modules of learning content that can be placed in a Learning Management System or server and can also be used to create full courses itself. How do I get started?

First of all, we should tell you that Rise 360 is not free. They do have a Free Trial that will allow you to test out the software so we recommend doing that first. From there you can see a full breakdown of the different plans and costs on their Pricing Page. Note they do have Academic plan options you can look at as well.

If you then decide this is a tool you want to use and have finished setting up your account, we recommend just like any other course taking time to plan out your learning goals, defining your learners, and then while looking at the features available to you start to plan out the learning modules you are going to create.

When you are finally ready to build I usually like to outline the activities and content I want to create. Then you can take a look at Articulates Rise 360 Video Tutorials. They have great videos and training on that page that can help you get started. From there have fun watching your learners interact with the content.
